As the lead of the Security Training & Integration project for Luminate Partners in Kenya and Nigeria, I oversaw the delivery of a targeted initiative aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and resilience of 32 partner organizations. Through comprehensive needs assessments, tailored training curricula, and practical, in-person sessions, we addressed diverse security challenges spanning personal, digital, reputational, physical, and psychosocial domains. Our approach fostered peer-to-peer learning and collaboration, culminating in the successful integration of enhanced security systems across partner institutions.
